Any job portal on which you are registering your CV has generally two parts.Application Tracking System (when you fill you details while registering the CV) and your Resume. The Jobsite on which you uploading your Resume must be filled with your complete details correctly. All the essential keyword with respect to your skill set must be Properly updated.

When any Recruiter search the candidate the Keyword hits on the Application Tracking System most of all time in which you have updated your details not on the CV. Everytime it does not hit the Resumemost of the it hits onApplication Tracking System.

In this case if the Visual Merchandising word is in the RESUME but not in the Application Tracking System then his CV will not reflect in the search and consequently the person will not get shortlisted.
